ULI has been active in Europe since the early 1990s and today we have over 2,600 members across 27 different countries. ULI Europe has a particularly strong presence in the major European real estate markets of the UK, Germany, France and the Netherlands but is also active in emerging markets such as Turkey and Poland.

emmanuel squareA Message from Emmanuel de Lanversin, ULI France Chair

One of our top priorities is to enhance the reputation of ULI in France and to become the organisation of choice for land use and real estate professionals.

In order to achieve this, we plan to not only grow and retain membership, but also enhance member value. We are in the process of further developing ULI France’s Product Councils, forums for industry experts to exchange ideas and foster thought leadership in specific market sectors. Product Councils are one of the most valuable aspects of ULI membership; they foster a candid exchange of best practices, giving participants an opportunity to learn from one another and expand their knowledge in their respective sectors.

We also plan to address France’s most pressing issues in real estate and land development, particularly housing. Our hope is that ULI will become one of the foremost thought leaders contributing solutions to France’s housing problem.

We could not achieve these goals without members who play an active role in shaping our programmes and initiatives.  If you are interested in becoming more involved with ULI France, please e-mail france@uli.org.
