A Message from Sigrid Duhamel, ULI France Chair
One of ULI France’s key objectives is to further the awareness and recognition of the organisation and showcase its value within the French market.
With a solid membership base, the quality of content generated by product councils and events is central to further growth by making ULI the preferred real estate organisation in France with “not-to-miss” events. ULI’s core mission focused on the intelligent use of urban land will be key to all real estate actors over the coming years in light of the densification of major cities and ULI France must seize this opportunity. As part of our emphasis on content, ULI France hopes to create Retail and Resi product councils to join the existing Urban Regeneration, Sustainability and Capital Markets product councils.
Raising our public profile and gaining the interest and involvement of public actors is a necessary next step to give ULI its legitimacy in France and generate value to its members. ULI can help bridge the public-private divide and foster the dialogue.
We could not achieve these goals without members who play an active role in shaping our programmes and initiatives. If you are interested in becoming more involved with ULI France, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
