A Message from Giancarlo Scotti, ULI Italy Chair
As ULI Italy Chairman, one of my main goals is to help foster connections between the Italian and international property professionals. ULI Italy can serve as a bridge between local and international professionals as the Italian market becomes increasingly open to international investors. We can work to share best practices and educate the international real estate community on the challenges and opportunities we face in the Italian market.
ULI Italy’s events and programmes have the potential to become key meeting points for industry leaders from around the world to network, share ideas, and gain insight into international trends. To tap into this potential, we will continue to hold events that attract a broader international audience, such as the site visits, guided tours and speaker presentations coinciding with Expo Milano 2015.
We could not achieve these goals without members who play an active role in shaping our programmes and initiatives. If you are interested in becoming more involved with ULI Italy, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
