Have Property Funds Performed? 2011 is a joint research report conducted by ULI and Property Funds Research into the performance of unlisted real estate funds. The report explores the relative performance of different fund styles and examines the main drivers of investment returns.

The initial research findings were presented at a seminar with over 40 fund managers, hosted by AREA Property Partners, and the report is the output of the research and subsequent debate.
