In addition to the 250 meetings, networking receptions and site visits hosted each year by our National Councils, Young Leaders Group and European Councils, ULI also arranges a number of key pan-European events including the annual conference in Paris and the Real Estate Trends Conference in London.
Delegations of European based members regularly travel to ULI events around the world including the Spring and Fall Meetings in the U.S. and the Asia Pacific Summit.

Following the crash and continued political uncertainty, the banking sector and the private equity industry continue to evolve. New products in the debt space are gradually filling the holes left by CMBS and the banking sector. More debt funds arrive on the scene, an increasingly Darwinian arena of winners and losers. Hagastaden, the new city district being built between Solna and Stockholm, is taking shape. The university hospital NKS is currently being built, the construction of the first residential buildings has started, and the construction of the apartments in the northern towers will begin this year. In 2020, the new metro station Torsplan will open and by 2025, Hagastaden hopes to be a fully developed city district with 5,000 new apartments and 50,000 new jobs….Continue ReadingFind out more »
