Established in 1936, the Urban Land Institute is a not for profit education and research body with around 46,000 members across the globe and almost 5,000 in Europe. ULI has grown significantly over the past few years in Europe, doubling its membership in the last five years and developing a programme of work driven by a strong research programme, corporate membership opportunities and strong growth across the National Councils based on interesting and relevant programmes of work and active member engagement in each National Council. Going forward, ULI is focused on further expansion to become financially self-sufficient and achieve its mission at a European and local level.
Reporting to the CEO for Europe, the main responsibility of the Executive Assistant is to support the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Development Officer with diary management, planning of meetings and calls for each of them and wider team meetings, managing contracts, expenses and invoices
