In 2016, ULI and NCE are embarking on a major programme of research entitled Supporting Smart Urban Growth: Successful Investing in Density. The objective of the programme is to analyse, communicate and build an improved understanding among real estate organisations and city leaders of the impact of investment in compact, connected urban development on investment returns for real estate investors, costs per resident for the public sector, and carbon emissions.

ULI and NCE are now seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from applicants interested in bidding for the first phase of work on this project, which will begin in June 2016. Interested applicants should review the request for EOIs available here.
