ULI is pleased to hold a two-day, tailor-made advisory workshop in partnership with the city of Gdynia, Poland. This workshop will bring ULI members and other experts from around Europe to Gdynia to provide advice and recommendations to Gdynia to inform the next steps in the Gdynia Sea City waterfront redevelopment project.

The workshop will include presentations from the experts about their experiences working on successful urban waterfront redevelopment projects. In addition, the workshop includes panels and small discussion sessions during which representatives from Gdynia can interact with the experts, asking them questions and gathering their advice.

The workshop will take place on 19-20 February 2018 and will be chaired by Professor Greg Clark, Senior Fellow, ULI. Approximately 30 to 40 people are expected to attend.

The output of the workshop will be a report summarising the proceedings of the workshop and the visiting experts’ main recommendations for Gdynia.
