Providing a work space that promotes better health and wellbeing has become a fast-adopted trend within the European real estate industry. It is being embraced by building owners and developers despite little concrete evidence yet that incorporating wellbeing features can increase rents or a building’s liquidity.

Join us for this webinar which will further explore the conclusions of research carried out by ULI UK, asking:

  • How are the different real estate players factoring health and wellbeing into their investment decisions?
  • What are the design and management changes that owners and occupiers can incorporate to improve wellbeing?
  • What role does technology have to play to support this growing trend?
  • What can we learn from our developer and occupier case studies?

Andrea Carpenter, ULI Consultant and Director at Women Talk Real Estate will be joined by Sandra Gritti, Product Excellence Director at Edge Technologies, and Chris Birch, Director of Sustainability at Hilson Moran, to present European case studies and discuss the findings from the report. The webinar will be moderated by Vanessa Hale, Director, Research at BNP Paribas Real Estate UK and Chair of ULI UK.
