The ULI Europe Young Leaders Summer School will take place on 8-9 September in Milan. This year’s theme is Urban Regeneration, Housing Affordability, and Placemaking.  

The event will pull together international speakers from major cities to share their strategies on long term urban development. The programme will include:

  • Examples from other cities on their major regeneration projects in Europe
  • CityLife Virtual Reality Experience
  • Site visits


  • Giancarlo Scotti – ULI Italy Chairman
  • Roberto Camagni – Professor of Urban Economics, Politecnico
  • Armando Borghi – CEO, CityLife & Professor of Real Estate Finance, SDA Bocconi
  • Davide Rimonta – Head of Real Estate Transformation Projects, UniCredit

Day two: Saturday, 9 September

Location: UniCredit HQ at Porta Nuova project, Piazza Gae Aulenti, 4 – 20124 Milan
