The ULI Europe Conference takes place each February and attracts over 500 industry leaders from approximately 25 different countries. The conference is viewed by many industry leaders as the must-attend real estate gathering in Europe and helps set the real estate agenda for the year ahead.

Attendees represent a broad cross-section of disciplines, including real estate developers and owners, fund managers, financiers and senior public officials.

The first day of the event incorporates the Winter Council Day for ULI’s European Councils as well as specific programming for Young Leaders, an interactive Members’ Summit and a Leadership Dinner.

The second day of the event includes conference sessions which have been programmed by a committee of ULI’s members to provide attendees with the big picture view of the European real estate market. Conference sessions include presentations from leading experts in the fields of economy, urbanism and demographics as well as discussions on key issues led by prominent industry figures.
