C Change Summit
Mobilising the real estate industry to decarbonise.

C Change Summit
The C Change Summit is an opportunity for senior leaders and experts to convene and contribute to workable solutions to help resolve the urgent challenges that hinder the real estate industry’s progress to decarbonisation.
As this event, we will be addressing two important interventions points which require collective industry attention to be game-changing:
a common industry methodology to assess transitional climate risks as part of property valuations to avoid stagnation of our investment markets and stranded assets.
practical ways to improve alignment between tenants and landlords to create common goals for decarbonising and retrofitting.
Many professionals across the industry are already working on the issues day-to-day and can contribute vital intelligence to capture and use as the basis for developing common and practical solutions. Therefore, we need you to join us to contribute your knowledge and experience in practical workshops, in addition to learning from conference-style sessions.

About C Change
Let’s mobilise the real estate industry to decarbonise. We’re a movement empowering everyone to work together for a sustainable future. We connect the brightest minds from across the value chain.
We challenge barriers, share expertise and champion innovation. We move swiftly to accelerate solutions that will transform our industry and protect our planet. C Change means real change.
The programme was formed in late 2021 by a group of leading real estate players that was united in its aim to support the entire industry to speed and scale up decarbonisation, providing access to practical solutions and education.
We kicked off with a major audit of all the decarbonisation initiatives underway in the built environment. This deep review enabled us to identify critical barriers that are holding back the industry’s progress. Based on this, we set our priorities and now need our members and wider industry help to tackle them.
Our work is now centred on the most pressing intervention points where industry collaboration could accelerate real change, in particular addressing the wider challenge of retrofitting. We also champion other important work in the sustainability field to avoid duplication and fragmented solution.
