    The challenge of how to secure land at an appropriate price to facilitate long term community building, and capture value increases for public benefit was flagged during our 21st Century New Communities research in 2020.

    This intimate senior leader roundtable will seek to understand the issues and challenges in more detail, and identify examples where some of these issues have been overcome - to share knowledge and best practice, but also to see whether there are new ideas, and if this is a particular area of interest for ULI members that requires further in-depth research.
