    Sven Kuestermann

    Director Real Estate Expansion, Numa

    Sven Küstermann is Director of Real Estate Expansion at Numa Group, Europe’s leading digital hospitality platform operating over 10,000 units across 40+ cities in 15 countries. He leads Numa’s European growth across key-markets, overseeing deal sourcing, underwriting, and execution with institutional real estate partners. Since joining Numa in 2019 as one of the first employees of the company, Sven has played a key role in scaling the portfolio from zero to ten thousand units, creating a data-driven underwriting framework and advancing Numa’s mission to transform urban stays through technology, lean operations, and sustainable value creation for investors. He holds a B.Sc. in International Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.

    Dimme Lucassen

    Managing Director, Evercore

    Dimme Lucassen is a managing director and leads Evercore’s European real estate team, based in London. Mr. Lucassen has been involved in private real estate since 2002. He is responsible for originating, developing and managing the group’s mandates across funds, ventures, recapitalisations and secondary transactions. He is also involved with the coverage of institutional investors and asset managers globally. Prior to joining Evercore, he was European co-head of Standard Life Aberdeen’s real estate multimanager business, responsible for allocation, underwriting, structuring and capital raising. He started his career at Schroders in Amsterdam. Mr. Lucassen has a B.Sc. double degree in business administration from Hogeschool Holland/Mercuria Business School and a master’s in business economics from the University of Amsterdam.

    Ari Erlichman

    TeamCity Partners

    Ari partners with real estate developers and investors to structure complex, large-scale operations, with a focus on hotel resorts, wellness destinations, and mixed-use developments. His company, TeamCity Partners, restores project profitability by aligning concept design, investment strategy, and operational performance. He also develops his own destination-driven projects, including KAIROS Sport & Wellness Resort near Paris—a model for sustainable, experience-led real estate. Ari’s two decades of institutional and operational experience cover both investment and development. At AEW (Paris/London), he deployed €2Bn in capital, sourcing and executing deals for large-scale European mall repositioning. Subsequently, as Head of Resort Development for Disneyland Paris, he transitioned to the operational side, leading the complex (re)development of hotels and lifestyle centers. He managed the entire process from business plan to delivery, coordinating all hospitality, retail, and urban planning stakeholders. A long-time member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), he is an active contributor to the Hotel & Resort, Urban Regeneration, and NEXT Councils.

    Arne Allewaert

    Managing Partner, AMAVI Capital

    Arne is Co-founder and Managing Partner at AMAVI Capital, a pan-European investment platform operating at the intersection of Real Assets, Private Equity, and Technology. AMAVI backs and scales tech-enabled operating platforms that redefine how real assets are owned, used, and managed, driving both consolidation and innovation across the built environment. With over 15 years of experience across real estate development, venture capital, and private equity, Arne has developed a unique perspective on the convergence of the physical and digital worlds. His passion lies in creating and growing operational real estate platforms, where technology, capital efficiency, and operational excellence combine to unlock scalable and resilient business models. Prior to founding AMAVI, Arne was involved in building one of Belgium’s leading real estate development companies, gaining first-hand experience in how value is created and captured across the real estate value chain. Today, he applies that operational and strategic insight to AMAVI’s mission: bridging the gap between traditional real estate investing and the new generation of operating platforms shaping the future of the built world.

    Jules Barker

    Associate Partner, McKinsey & Company

    Jules Barker is an Associate Partner in McKinsey’s Real Estate Team, based in London. Jules joined McKinsey in 2023 and is an expert in Real Estate technology and digitisation. Prior to McKinsey, Jules has worked both in PropTech, creating products for building developers, owners and operators, and in one of Europe’s largest REITs, where he set and implemented the strategy for using technology to make the portfolio more sustainable, efficient and experiential. Before this, he worked in another global consultancy, in the oil and gas industry, and as a tank commander in the British Army. Jules is fascinated by the changes technology is driving across the world and is a great believer that tech can change our world for the better, if we manage not to destroy ourselves with it first He holds a master's degree from Trinity College, Cambridge and is MRICS qualified

    Sigrid Duhamel

    Chairwoman, Deepki

    Sigrid Duhamel is a Trustee of ULI and has served the Institute in various roles (Global Trustee, Chair of ULI France, member of the ULI Europe Executive Committee, juror in the Global and European Excellence Awards). Duhamel is Chairwoman of the Board of Deepki, a technology and advisory company supporting real estate players in their transition net-to-zero and sustainability. In addition, she advises PE companies (BlackFin Capital Partners) in the real estate field. In her last executive role, Duhamel was CEO France of BNP Paribas REIM France (2017-2023) and from March 2020 also Global Chief Investment Officer of BNP Paribas REIM. In her capacity as Global CIO, she covered investments, divestments and asset management with a team of 110 people based in 8 locations in Europe. As CEO France, she supervised the development of investment solutions, capital formation, fund management, transactions, asset management, risk and compliance of over 17 b€ of AuM with a team of 180 people. Prior to that she was between 2014 and 2017, CEO of CBRE Global Investors France and member of the Executive Committee of CBRE Global Investors EMEA. Duhamel has been active in the real estate sector in a wide spectrum of functions ranging from investment management (BNP Paribas REIM / CBRE IM), construction on site (Bouygues), business development in Europe (Tishman Speyer), international real estate development (Carrefour Property) and corporate real estate (PSA Peugeot Citroën, now Stellantis). In addition, in her early career, she worked in the M&A field (United Technologies Corporation and Cap Gemini) and as consultant in executive search (Eric Salmon & Partners). Duhamel earned her MBA from INSEAD in 1995 and graduated with a Master in Sciences in civil engineering from ESTP (Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics, Paris, France). Earlier NED roles include Covivio S.A., Selectirente, CNIM S.A. She has lived and worked in five European countries: Denmark, Italy, Belgium, France, United-Kingdom and speaks five languages. She is married with four children.
