    Speakers

    Cristiano Stampa

    Cristiano Stampa is a Managing Director and Head of Investments at Invesco Real Estate. He leads a pan-European team of investment professionals across Invesco Real Estate’s the UK and Europe. Cristiano began his investment career in 2001 and joined Invesco Real Estate in 2017. Prior to joining Invesco, Cristiano has started his career at Deutsch Bank Group at the real estate private equity investment arm (REOG). He has over 18 years’ real estate experience and spent 13 years at Generali, where he started the AM and transactions team in Milan before setting up the regulated real estate fund management platform in Luxembourg. From 2008 in Paris, he has been successively led for Generali Real Estate the international funds, the debt investment program, and international transactions. Cristiano earned a finance degree at Luigi Bocconi University in Milan and completed a Generali Academy Master of Business Administration. At Invesco Real Estate, Cristiano is a member of European Management Committee and of the Investment Strategy Group. He is based in the Paris office.

    Clément is a Senior Consultant at EY, specializing in territorial competitiveness and economic development. He leads the annual EY Attractiveness Survey, which gathers insights from more than 500 international investors on Europe’s and France’s attractiveness as investment destinations. He has also contributed to major studies analyzing the transformation of office markets in the post-Covid era, exploring how shifting workplace dynamics are reshaping urban economies and investment strategies

    Michele Russo, Deputy Head of Acquisitions for the European Real Estate platform and Head of Southern Europe Real Estate, JP Morgan Asset Management Michele Russo, based in London, is Deputy Head of Acquisitions for the European Real Estate platform and Head of Southern Europe Real Estate. Before joining JP After joining J.P. Morgan Asset Management in January 2006, Michele worked at BNP Paribas REIM in Milan, where he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting office and hotel investment opportunities in Italy. Michele earned a degree (cum laude) in Economics from Bocconi University. He speaks fluent Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and English.

    Arnaud BROUSSOU

    I began my career at CBRE Global Investors in 2004 where he held the positions of Asset & Fund Manager (Living + Hospitality) and then Deputy Managing Director for Germany and Austria (mainly Offices & Logistic). In 2011, I joined AEW as senior offices Asset manager before being appointed Key Account Manager (Fund manager) in charge of AEW’s three major institutional clients mandates with c.a €b 9 AUM In 2018, I was appointed head of AEW's Institutional Asset Management department (80 professionals, c.a €b 17 AUM) Father of 3, I am a Former high-level fencer (épée) and graduated from EM Lyon Business School.

    Christoph Roettinger

    Associate Partner

    Christoph Röttinger is an Associate Partner at Herzog & de Meuron. He is currently Partner in Charge of various projects in Europe, including responsibility for the Tour Triangle in Paris, along with several projects in Miami. Along with Christoph’s extensive experience in the design of high-end commercial and residential projects, he has been in leadership roles on the design and delivery of the Bélair-Monange winery in St. Emilion, the completion of the extension of Musée Unterlinden in Colmar, and management, design and construction from start to completion of the La Confluence Master Plan 2nd Phase, Lyon. He collaborated on the Allianz Arena football stadium in Munich, the realization of the National Stadium, Beijing and concept design of the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg. Christoph received his degree in Architecture in 2002 from TUM - Technische Universität München, Germany. He is fluent in French, German and English.

    Simon Chinn

    Vice President Research & Advisory Services, Urban Land Institute - Europe

    Simon is Vice President, Research & Advisory Services at the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he is responsible for managing its innovative research agenda covering the key issues shaping the future of the real estate industry including climate change and sustainability, investment and development trends and shifts in demography and technological change. Prior to joining ULI, Simon specialised in research on global cities and real estate for Grosvenor, one of the world’s largest privately-owned international property businesses. Simon’s role involved undertaking analysis on global city developments to inform the company’s long-term strategy and thinking on cities. He has undertaken major research projects on megatrends for real estate, examining topics such as urbanisation, demographic change, digital disruption and climate change. Simon also has previous experience working in urban planning, economic development and strategic consulting for the retail sector. He holds an MSc in Urban Economic Development from The Bartlett Development Planning Unit, University College London.

    William Yon

    William is a result-oriented director who brings over 10 years of experience in urban strategy, architectural design, and equity investment. Prior to joining Gensler in 2019, William served as manager of a leading Parisian urban planning and architecture firm and as an investment director on one of the EU’s largest green infrastructure funds. William has built his reputation as a thought leader on trends and innovations relating to buildings and cities. He is an experienced team leader in diverse, multicultural environments and offers a sharp client focus. A native French and bilingual English speaker, William is a graduate engineer (MSc.) of the Ecole Polytechnique Paris and the Ecole des Ponts Paristech, where he followed a double degree architecture program and received a Certificate of International Management. William is an active member of the French real estate community and has been featured since 2020 in the Choiseul Institute’s Ville de Demain (City of Tomorrow) ranking of French real estate leaders under 40.
