    This year the Technology & Real Estate council is having a joint dinner with the Logistics and Data Centres Product Councils. Join them at Radio Rooftop for an evening of networking with bowl food and canapes overlooking London's skyline. Address: 336-337 Strand, London WC2R 1HA. The restaurant is on the 10th floor of the ME Hotel.

    Simon Irgens

    Community Manager, Autodesk

    Simon Irgens manages the global community around Autodesk Forma, connecting technology, people, and ideas in the built environment. With over 15 years in architecture, he has practiced with renowned studios including BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group in Copenhagen and Studio Olafur Eliasson in Berlin, working across scales from furniture design to masterplans. In 2020, Simon transitioned into proptech by joining Norwegian startup Spacemaker, which was subsequently acquired by Autodesk and evolved into Forma. Simon has been based in Oslo since 2011, where he worked on various early-phase architectural projects alongside teaching at AHO - Oslo School of Architecture, before joining the intersection of technology and real estate.

    Janne Aas-Jakobsen

    CEO, Consigli AS

    Janne Aas-Jakobsen is a Norwegian entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate, engineering, and technology. In 2020, she founded CONSIGLI to transform how buildings are designed, planned, and engineered. Today, The Autonomous Engineer enables real estate developers and general contractors worldwide to reduce risk, cost, and carbon emissions—delivering more profitable and sustainable projects. Aas-Jakobsen is a recognised thought leader in the real estate and construction industries. She actively contributes to advancing technology across the sector and holds executive and board-level positions at several companies, reinforcing her influence and commitment to making real impact to the built environment globally.
