    Join the ULI UK Residential Council on 7 December, 14.30 – 18.00 GMT at The Snug, Newfoundland, Canary Wharf.
    Rising 58 storeys above the Thames, the BtR tower offers a host of amenities and spectacular views across London.

    The focus of the meeting will be on MMC; how it has evolved over the past five years, what lessons have been learnt and the opportunities and challenges for the future. In addition we will be joined by Canary Wharf Group and the architect Hordon Cherry Lee to talk about the evolution of Vertus.

    Keynote: Michelle Hannah, CAST -  “10 lessons learnt about MMC since the Farmer Review”: Taking the 10 symptoms of failure and looking at how the construction industry (and in particular MMC market) has implemented initiatives/ changes to remedy these challenges.
     
    Session 1: How has it played out on the ground?
     
    Session 2: Creating a place from scratch – a gift or a gremlin? 
     
    Then followed by networking drinks
