    Frits Vervoort

    CFO, Vesteda Investment Management

    Frits Vervoort has been CFO of Vesteda since 1 November 2016. Before joining Vesteda, Frits Vervoort was CFO at Vedior NV (2001-2008) and Grontmij NV (2011-2015). Vesteda holds more than 8 billion in invested capital and continuously aims to align the finance structure with her sustainability targets and ambitions. Vesteda has a green bond, a green private placement and a financing agreement with the European Investment Bank.

    Elsie Fuvel

    PIMCO Prime Real Estate

    Elsie Fuvel is the Head of Risk & Portfolio Management, West Europe of Allianz Real Estate. Elsie joined the company in 2016 and is based in Paris. Prior to joining Allianz, she was working for GE Real Estate in France and Germany as a Senior Underwriter and Senior Risk Manager. Elsie has Master degrees in Management from ESCP Business School and City London University.

    Philipp Wass

    Executive Director, Scope Ratings GmbH

    Philipp Wass has been at Scope Ratings AG since October 2013. At Scope he acts as a team lead for the real estate and construction team (seven analysts) that forms part of Scope’s corporate ratings franchise. As an analyst he covers European real estate and construction corporates (focus concessions). Before joining Scope he was fund manager and commercial attorney-in-fact at IVG Private Funds Management with responsibility for the management of closed-ended real estate funds (primarily in the UK and Germany) with an investment volume of EUR 700m. He was also in charge of foreign-exchange trading and interest rate hedging for IVG Private Funds Management GmbH’s entire portfolio. In addition, Mr Wass evaluated investments made by IVG Immobilien AG for accounting purposes.

    Senior Advisor , Value Retail Management LimitedUNITED KINGDOM

    Jaap L. Tonckens joined Unibail-Rodamco's Management Board as General Counsel in 2009 and became Chief Investment Officer in 2010. He was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2012. Following the acquisition of Westfield in June 2018, he was named Group Chief Financial Officer of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. Prior to joining Unibail-Rodamco he was a Managing Director at Endurance Capital, a private equity firm in New York. Jaap retired from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in 2021. Prior to Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, hee worked at Shearman & Sterling in New York and Paris for more than four years. Jaap Tonckens is a graduate of the University of Leiden in the Netherlands and of Emory University in Atlanta (USA). Born in 1962, Jaap Tonckens is a Dutch and US national.
