    Jose Pellicer

    Founding Partner, Evonite

    Jose is one the founding partners at Evonite where he looks after investment Strategy and Chairs the Investment Committee. Prior to Evonite, José was the Global Head of Investment Strategy at M&G Real Estate, where he chaired the Global Investment Committee and was a member of the Executive Board. Between 2004-2007 and 2011-2017, he worked at Rockspring Property Investment Managers, as Head of Research. He was made Partner in 2015. After the acquisition of Rockspring by PATRIZIA, Jose became Patrizia’s Global Head of Research and a member of PATRIZIA’s Senior Leadership Group. José has also worked for Goldman Sachs, AEW Europe and Deutsche Bank.

    Shireen Shelleh

    Executive Director, Palestine Emerging

    Shireen Shelleh is Chief Executive Officer of the Center for Engineering and Planning (CEP), a leading Ramallah-based Palestinian engineering firm. With operations in Canada, UAE, Iraq, Libya, and Jordan, Shireen leads technical teams of national and international experts in spatial, strategic planning, and infrastructure development for urban and rural communities. Shireen is also co-founder and CEO of Shelleh Medical and Pharmaceutical Supplies, a prominent regional supplier of globally-recognized health products and medical supplies. Shireen is the appointed honorary representative of Singapore for Palestine. She is the Executive Director and Governing Council member of Palestine Emerging, the initiative focusing on long-term economic reconstruction. In 2016, the World Economic Forum selected Shireen as a Young Global Leader of the Year (YGL). She is the Chair of the Palestinian Business Women Forum (BWF), and a member of other social and technical organizations. Shireen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Birzeit University in Palestine, and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA.     Paul Kennedy

    J.P. Morgan Asset Management Inc

    Dr. Paul Kennedy, Managing Director, is a UK citizen with 30+ years’ experience of global real estate and private markets investment, portfolio management, asset allocation and strategy. He is based in London where he serves as Head of Portfolio Strategy for Real Estate Europe and Portfolio Manager of the Strategic Property Fund Europe. In addition, he serves as a member of Real Estate Europe’s Investment and Management Committees. He is also a member of the team responsible for the production of J P Morgan Asset Management’s multi-asset class Long Term Capital Market Assumptions (LTCMAs). Paul joined J P Morgan Asset Management in January 2020. Between 2008 and 2019, he was based in Abu Dhabi and served as Head of Private Markets Strategy for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. As part of the global asset allocation team he was responsible for defining and helping to implement strategies across all private markets globally, including real estate. Prior to this, he spent 7 years at Invesco Real Estate, where he was responsible for the creation of a global real estate research function and served as Co-Head of Global Research, Chairman of the European Investment Committee and a member of the Global Executive Team. Other appointments include research and strategy roles at Parkes & Company, Henderson Investors and Real Estate Strategy. Paul holds a first class degree in real estate and a PhD in environmental economics. He also holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He has held visiting academic appointments at the Universities of Oxford, London, Reading and Nottingham. In 2020 he was appointed by the RICS to the expert advisory group on Commercial Property Valuations (the ‘Pereira Grey Review’).

    Pierre-Yves Guice

    Directeur Général, Paris La Défense

    Graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, Pierre-Yves Guice is a Civil Servant. He started his career as Head of the Studies and Social Housing Builders Control office in the Housing Ministry. In 2007, he joined the Urban Development Ministry where he lead urban public authorities and especially worked on the first law of the Greater Paris. In 2010, he was appointed Secretary General of the Bordeaux-Euratlantique public authority and therefore contributed to France’s largest urban renewal project outside of the Greater Paris. From 2012 to 2015, he was appointed Development and Real Estate Director of the Public authority in charge of University Development in Paris Region, where he was in charge of large rehabilitation and construction projects for universities. In 2015, he moved to the Hauts-de-Seine Department Council as Deputy Managing Director where he was in charge of culture, territorial attractiveness and territory administration. In November 2020, he is appointed CEO of Paris La Défense, and has recently been renewed for 5 years.

    Marc Lhermitte

    Associé, EY Services France

    Marc Lhermitte is a Senior Partner at EY Consulting, where he leads the EY’s “Competitiveness and Attractiveness” Global Sector of Excellence, as well as the International Location Advisory Services. He has managed strategy and transformation projects for national and local governments, professional organizations, real estate companies, multinational corporations, SMEs, and start-ups, focusing on international investment, strategic planning, real estate, innovation, and infrastructure. For several years, he has coordinated EY's attractiveness surveys in various countries and regions, analyzing international investments, complex location decisions, and public policies. He has also overseen studies related to real estate, sports, culture, and creative industries. He has served as a member of the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Steering Committee in France, actively participated in their Office & Mixed Use Product Council, and overseen the “Global Business Districts Attractiveness Report” in collaboration with ULI in 2017, 2020, and 2025. Marc serves on the governance boards of several professional organisations and was appointed Foreign Trade Advisor of France by decree of the Prime Minister.
