    This year’s ULI Netherlands National Conference will take place on 6th July in Amsterdam with a key theme, “Social Impact: Practice as you Preach.”

    We often describe our missions and projects using adjectives that centre on communities, such as liveable, vibrant, dynamic, and inclusive.

    While it may seem obvious, our work is, first and foremost, all about people. Therefore, the real estate industry should prioritize social impact.

    However, our sector tends to focus more on environmental than social impact. But, it is increasingly acknowledged that the 'S of the ESG mix is underdeveloped and demands for standardization, quantification, and expanded reporting. During the event, we will hear about best practices and jointly start developing material solutions.
