    Virtual Happy Hour is a series of informal Zoom meetings for ULI Young Leaders with a special guest speaker. This time we'll talk on: IMPACT OF PANDEMIC ON THE PREMIUM REAL ESTATE SECTOR.
    This event is free and open exclusively to ULI Young Leaders.

    After the summer break, we start again our VIRTUAL HAPPY HOUR meetings for ULI Young Leaders. 
     
    We meet virtually at 4 pm in an informal atmosphere to re-connect with familiar friends and make new ULI connections. Each meeting has a special guest speaker.

    Guest speaker: KAROLINA KAIM, ULI Poland Executive Committee Member and the President of the Board at Tacit Investment.

    She will talk on the IMPACT OF PANDEMIC ON THE PREMIUM REAL ESTATE SECTOR and the reasons why it has done little to slow the luxury real estate market in Poland. 
     
    We hope to welcome you there and hear your views on this and other subjects.

    An expert with almost 30 years of experience and a prominent position in Warsaw’s commercial real estate market. For the last several years she has been building the luxury residential market in the capital city. She has unique experience in hospitality & leisure sector. Since December 2014 she has been the CEO of Tacit Investment. She is the driving force behind the successful sales of apartments at Cosmopolitan, as well as projects of two luxury hotels: The Bridge Wroclaw and Nobu Hotel Warsaw. She has also created a new brand – High Level Sales & Marketing – which specializes in luxury real estate services for the most discerning clients. As the CEO of Upper Property, Karolina Kaim provides support to investors in planning and administrative processes aimed at increasing the potential of their real estate properties. She has spent 15 years building Platan Group. Between 1991-99 she worked for Jones LangLaSalle, introducing the company into the Polish market and being involved in its operations and management. She is also a member of the Executive Committee ULI (Urban Land Institute in Poland), as well as the Ambassador of the White Star Foundation.
