What makes a successful public space? Why it’s worthy to invest in public spaces in the private real estate industry. How a park, square, or walkway can help to leverage the value of a real estate investment? Can social aspect of public spaces and placemaking help meet your ESG goals? How to create an attractive neighborhood, make you project unique and foster social equity, sustainability and inclusion? There’s no good 15-minute city without high quality public spaces. And best of all - it doesn’t have to cost a fortune - that's the beauty of prototyping.

The leading theme of our upcoming Places + Spaces event is: “THE RISE OF PUBLIC SPACES” and it will take place on 29 June 2023 in Fabryka Norblina in Warsaw.
