    Enrico Sanna

    CEO of Platforms, Arrow Global

Enrico joined Arrow Global in 2025 as CEO Platforms, bringing nearly 30 years of leadership experience in private credit, real estate, and financial services. Enrico was the founder of Fora, which he scaled into one of Europe’s leading flexible office platforms before its merger with TOG in 2022, creating a £2.0bn enterprise. Previously, Enrico was a Senior Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, overseeing a $40bn portfolio of operating assets and leading high-profile value creation initiatives, including the successful turnaround and sale of key businesses. Earlier, he held leadership roles at American Express and Oliver Wyman, focusing on international strategy and corporate development. Enrico holds an MBA from MIT and a BA from Bentley University.

    Justin Hamer

    CEO, BaseStack

Justin is the CEO of BaseStack, a company focused on innovative, community-driven operational real estate, particularly in student housing. Prior to setting up BaseStack, he co-founded Basecamp Group in 2014, establishing it as a leading operator, developer, and manager of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) across Northern and Central Europe. At BaseCamp, he served as first COO and then CEO, growing it to 105 employees across six offices, with €2 billion in AuM, covering over 11,500 PBSA beds and 110,000 sqm of office space. In early 2022, Basecamp sold its investment, development, and property management businesses to Xior in a €939 million landmark deal. The sale included 5,341 units across 11 newly built assets in Germany, Poland, Denmark, and Sweden. Hamer exited the business following the sale but later reacquired the German and UK entities of Basecamp from Xior, bringing back a team of former Basecamp executives to drive the next phase of growth under the BaseStack brand. Perplexity says: ”Justin Hamer’s experience at Basecamp is characterized by founding and scaling a major European PBSA platform, leading strategic growth and transformation, executing a landmark sale, and later returning to the sector to drive further innovation and expansion.”
