    Todd Lundgren Executive Vice President, CallisonRTKL-UK Mr. Lundgren is the director of RTKL's Hospitality market sector. He joined RTKL in 1980, was named associate in 1985; was promoted to associate vice president in 1989; and was named vice president in 1992. His wide range of experience on hotel, mixed-use, and complex renovation projects has allowed him to lead CRTKL project teams through all phases of design, production and construction, including responsibility for cost/schedule/quality control, and coordination of multiple consultant teams.

    I am a Director in the European Transactions group at Harrison Street, based in London, and bring significant experience from the European living sectors to the team. I am committed to the development of urban communities designed with sustainability at its core and offering an inclusive living experience. I’m excited about the use of technology and innovation to develop new and improved customer propositions that aspire to bring people closer together. My career spans more than 20 years in real estate investment and development, and prior to joining Harrison Street, I held senior leadership roles in the Oaktree Capital back platform, Threesixty Developments (The Student Housing Company), as well as Qbic Hotels, owned by Cerberus Capital Management.

    Jean-François Garneau is Chief Development Officer and founder of INITIAL Stratégie et développement, an innovative strategic planning and development services company, as well as ALIÒ, a global advisory, building wellbeing into the places that define our lives, based in Vaud, Switzerland with offices in Montreal, Canada. JF brings over 37 years of diversified experience in real estate development and planning, mostly for resort projects, hospitality as well as large mixed-use urban. A native of Canada, JF has been a Swiss resident since 2012. Working with landowners, private and public institutions as well as with visionary developers around the globe, he has created development strategies and provided creative direction, project management expertise for resort and urban projects in Europe, India, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand, the US and Canada. His background in architecture, urban design, and his experience in planning, real estate development project management has allowed him to develop a unique expertise in finding creative solutions to complex real estate problems, crafting strategies, and creating compelling and memorable places, from start to finish. A proven leader, strategic thinker, and team builder, JF's international experience has allowed him to build a global network of partners and professionals. He served as CEO and General Manager of a Swiss development company in Geneva, where he led project development and management and provided creative direction, developing luxury, landmark resort real estate projects, in Switzerland and Europe. Prior to founding INITIAL in 2008, from 1999 to 2008, he served as Vice-President of Master Planning at Intrawest Corporation, a publicly listed leader in the development, management, and operations of experiential destination resorts, where he was a key player in the company's acquisitions and planning of multiple warm and cold weather resort developments. Based in Montreal and Lausanne Switzerland he was responsible for planning the company's European ventures, as well as overseeing the company's North American East coast planning initiatives, and international ventures in Mexico and New Zealand. Prior to that, he served as Director of Buildings and Operation for the Montreal Canadiens legendary hockey club, where he was responsible for the planning, design as well as the management, and operations of the $700M Bell Center, the largest mixed-use complex and arena in North America. Earlier in his career, JF worked as Project Director for one of Canada's largest architectural companies, where he led mixed-use urban projects and resort development initiatives. JF is co-Chair of the ULI Europe Hospitality Council and a member of the Global Wellness Institute's Wellness Real Estate and Communities Initiative. He holds a degree in Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Laval University, Canada, and has studied Architecture and Urban Design at Université de Paris VIll.
