    Emil Holmström

    Chief Investment Officer, EASTNINE AB

    Emil Holmström is the Chief Investment Officer of Eastnine, a Swedish real estate company listed on NASDAQ Stockholm. The company is focused on acquiring and managing prime office properties in Poland and the Baltics. Over the past years, Emil has played a key role in Eastnine’s expansion from one property in Vilnius to its current portfolio valued at EUR 1.0 billion and including the landmark Warsaw Unit skyscraper in Warsaw. Prior to Eastnine, he worked with private equity investments at East Capital, a Stockholm-based emerging market asset manager. Emil Holmström is a graduate from the Stockholm School of Economics.

    Weronika Guerquin-Koryzma is a partner and the head of the Real Estate Practice at Baker McKenzie’s Warsaw office. She also serves as a Board Member of the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK). Her expertise is recognized in leading international rankings, including Chambers Europe and the Legal 500 EMEA. Weronika maximizes investment opportunities and advises clients on various real estate transactions across Poland and CEE. Her expertise spans acquisitions (including portfolios), real estate M&A transactions, the structuring of joint ventures, sale and leaseback transactions, as well as consultancy with regard to development processes and the commercialization of projects.

    Roger Andersson

    Managing Director and a Member of the Management Board, Vastint Poland SP. Z.o.o.

    Roger Andersson is the Managing Director and a Member of the Management Board at Vastint Poland. For over three decades, he has been developing and leading the company’s Polish division, overseeing operations and driving the expansion of Vastint’s portfolio across the country. Vastint’s current portfolio in Poland, valued at approximately €800 million, includes office schemes, residential developments, mixed-use projects, hotels, and PRS investments. A graduate of IHM Business School in Stockholm, Andersson brings extensive industry experience gained in senior roles at construction and development firms in Sweden.

    Søren Olsen

    Managing Director of Logicenters Poland, Urban Partners

    Søren established Urban Partners' office in Poland in 2021 and leads Urban Partners’ logistics business development activities in Poland, with focus on investment sourcing, asset mgmt., and key relationships with co-investors and large tenants. He has over 20 years’ experience in the Polish market having previously held senior mgmt. positions in Bank Austria Creditanstalt, HVB Group, Aberdeen as well as 10 years with Cushman & Wakefield where he was a Partner and Head of Capital Markets. Søren holds an MBA from University of Westminster and sits on the Board of ULI Poland.
