1. Politics and Real Estate:
A presentation addressing the potential impact of the Biden’s administration’s policies on U.S real estate. The speaker for this portion of the event is Andrew Olmem, former Deputy Assistant to the President for Economic Policy and Deputy Director of the US National Economic Council (NEC) where he oversaw the development and coordination of all domestic economic policies, including for financial services, technology, telecom, energy and infrastructure as well as the CARES Act. Andrew is a lawyer and just recently left government and rejoined MB.
2. U.S. Real Estate from a Core Investor’s Perspective:
A presentation addressing a core investor’s perspective on the 2020 market and their projections for 2021. The speaker for this portion of the event is Joanna Mulford, the Portfolio Manager and Chief Financial Officer for PGIM’s PRISA fund, a $26B core fund.
3. U.S. Real Estate from a Distressed/Opportunistic Investor’s Perspective:
A presentation addressing a distressed/opportunistic investor’s perspective on the 2020 market and their projections for 2021. The speaker for this portion of the event is Andrew Holm, the Co-Portfolio Manager of Ares Management Corp’s U.S. Opportunity Funds.
