Join us for the launch of ULI Europe’s new Asset Sustainability Committees Best Practice Guide, developed through the C Change programme to help owners and property managers of multi-let commercial buildings work effectively with occupiers to help accelerate decarbonisation.

Through case studies and practical insights from a panel of experts, the session will explore how sustainability committees can be a powerful tool for strengthening collaboration, improving data sharing and understanding, and helping translate an asset’s sustainability ambitions into operational action for occupiers to get involved in.

    The webinar will cover:

Why owner-occupier collaboration is critical for decarbonising occupied assets

The important role of property managers in driving building-level environmental performance

How sustainability committees are being designed and delivered in practice

Key lessons from office and retail case studies shared by industry experts

Practical recommendations for organisations looking to establish or enhance asset-level collaboration

The session will conclude with an interactive Q&A.

Property Manager / Referent Sustainability, REDEVCO

I grew up in Ireland and following a diploma in International Business Studies, I moved to France for a year and never went back! Prior to joining Redevco, I worked for a family office in M&A where my role consisted of analysing and sourcing investment opportunities in industrial sectors. I joined Redevco in 2017 in a supporting role as Portfolio Assistant. This position allowed me to delve into Real Estate and learn about the sector. A whole new world opened up to me with its challenges and fulfilments and even though my job was varied, I quickly missed the operational side of my previous job so when one of my colleagues decided to leave Redevco, I seized the opportunity and applied for the position of Property Manager. What surprised me the most was the diversity of responsibilities. A Property Manager not only deals with technical issues and participates in the general meetings of shopping centres but also elaborates the asset business plans and yearly budgets. In my case, I am also the Sustainability lead for the French assets. This part of my job is passionate and evolves daily. “I take pride in working for a company that genuinely emphasises sustainability and is dedicated to transforming properties to enhance the vitality of urban landscapes.”
