Join us on Tuesday, 4 November 2025 for the launch of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Europe 2026 report by the Urban Land Institute and PwC, where an expert panel will discuss the most significant challenges and opportunities facing the European real estate sector.

This year's edition finds the industry shifting from last year's cautious optimism to a degree of cautious pragmatism as we enter 2026. Geopolitical tensions - from Ukraine and the Middle East to shifting US trade policy - continue to shape sentiment and investment strategy. Deglobalisation is now seen as a more serious concern than in previous years, and institutional capital remains hesitant.

At the same time, the industry is adapting to long-term structural shifts. ESG remains a priority, though strategies are being refined in response to economic uncertainty. Digitalisation is accelerating, with artificial intelligence increasingly used across real estate activities. And while core markets like London, Paris, Madrid and Berlin continue to attract attention, investors are becoming more selective, focusing on cities and sectors with strong fundamentals and long-term potential.

Join us to hear how industry leaders are responding to these dynamics, where they see opportunity, and how they're positioning for the year ahead.
