    Marcin Piatkowski

    Professor of Economics , Kozminski University

    Prof. Marcin Piatkowski is Professor of Economics at Kozminski University in Warsaw, the highest ranked business school in Central and Eastern Europe, and a Program Leader at the World Bank in New Delhi. Prior to that, he was Chief Economist and Managing Director of PKO BP, the largest bank in Poland, economist in the European Department of the IMF and Advisor to IMF's Executive Director. He also served as Advisor to Poland's Deputy Premier and Minister of Finance. He holds a Ph.D. and habilitation in Economics from Kozminski University and an M.A. in Finance and Banking summa cum laude from the Warsaw School of Economics. He was a visiting scholar at Harvard University, London Business School and the OECD Development Center. He has published extensively on economic development, innovation and competitiveness. He authored a book on “Europe’s Growth Champion: Insights from the Economic Rise of Poland”, Oxford University Press 2018, which has been reviewed by the Financial Times, endorsed by the world’s top economists, and awarded a prize of the “Best Book in Economics” in 2019 by the Polish Academy of Sciences.     Sophie Chick

    Sophie Chick is a Vice President of ESG Programmes at ULI Europe. She runs the C Change and other ESG programmes for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) in Europe. C Change is a programme to mobilise the European real estate industry to decarbonise. We’re a movement empowering everyone to work together for a sustainable future. Prior to joining ULI, Sophie was the head of department for Savills World Research team and the lead researcher on ESG in the Urban Environment. Working across all property sectors, she delivered market leading research on global real estate markets and the international forces that shape them.

    Andrei Martin

    PLP Architecture

    Andrei Martin is a partner at PLP Architecture and a founding partner at PLP Labs. Andrei has over 20 years’ experience of residential, commercial, and master planning projects in the UK, China, Europe, USA, and the Middle East. Andrei is a European Living Concepts Product Council member and a senior lecturer at the University of Westminster. He has published, lectured, and exhibited internationally. As a designer, researcher and educator, Andrei is interested in the potential of architecture to transform urban experience and reshape contemporary culture. Andrei’s experience includes a wide range of program types and project scales. He has led the design for The Collective Old Oak, the first large-scale co-living building in world, as well as other numerous alternative residential, mixed-use and mixed-generational hybrid typologies that redefine the architecture of contemporary living and form a strategy for the future of collective urban housing. Andrei is a Romanian/American national living in London. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas and a Master of Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design.

    As the Managing Director of Gensler Berlin, Lukasz Platkowski provides leadership and strategic direction for multi-disciplinary projects catering to a diverse client base. A Design Principal and registered architect with over 20 years of experience, Lukasz is deeply committed to designing for resilience, enhanced experiences, and optimal performance while prioritizing client value. He has spearheaded transformative projects that have set new industry standards and redefined the concept of 'benchmark' design across the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. Lukasz's dedication extends to championing award-winning projects, where he understands the unique challenges and developments of future-forward endeavours, ensuring smooth project implementation and standout design solutions. Additionally, Lukasz serves as a visiting tutor at the Nottingham University School of Built Environment, actively contributes to BCO CTBUH Strategic Guidelines, and participates in various jury panels, including the World Architectural News, Commercial Office Awards and the LEAF Awards.

    Signe Kongebro

    Global Director, Future Resilient Design, Ramboll

    Signe Kongebro is an ex-partner and global design director of the international architecture studio Henning Larsen and had recently move to Ramboll in a broader role to strengthen the work on resilient cities as part of the merger with Ramboll. She will be working cross disciplines: architecture, landscape, water, nature, infrastructure and mobility to secure activation of knowledge for key clients and strategic projects. In 2007, Signe founded Henning Larsen's sustainability department, and to this day, she is one of the driving forces behind the studio’s focus on sustainable construction in the industry. With her extensive knowledge, Signe is pioneering new ways to reduce carbon on an urban scale. Signe leads the design of a wide range of ambitious Henning Larsen projects. These include Fælledby, an all-timber neighborhood in Copenhagen designed to reduce the carbon impact of the development and increase biodiversity in a balance of city and nature; the Downsview Framework Plan set to be the largest transformational urban development project in Toronto, Canada; and Volvo Campus Lundby, an existing industrial campus reconfigured into a vibrant public hub for 16,000+ staff, researchers, and students in Gothenburg, Sweden. One of Signe's more recent projects, Urban Decarb, is a tool that integrates otherwise siloed carbon knowledge of urban components in the early design stages of urban development, ensuring that all stakeholders – from property owners and municipalities to designers, engineers, and even community members – are making informed decisions about the environmental impact of a project. At the forefront of efforts to link innovation and new knowledge to inform design decisions, Signe is a frequent speaker and contributor to the global discourse on cities and decarbonization, in addition to holding positions on several boards and advisory boards.

    Dorota Wysokinska-Kuzdra

    Senior Partner, Colliers Poland sp. z o.o.

    Dorota joined Colliers in 2018 as Director and Senior Partner, Head of Corporate Finance and Living Services for CEE. She leads a team of real estate professionals with proven experience gained in private equity and investment banking as well as broader living sector. Dorota is responsible for comprehensive financial advisory, including debt financing, mezzanine financing, raising capital and gaining capital partners, and offering support in acquiring companies and entering the stock exchange. Heading living services department, she specializes in advisory, transactions and operations targeting apartments for sale (Built To Sell), flats for rent (Built To Rent) private dormitories (PBSA), co-living, senior living, micro apartments, serviced apartments and other types of housing schemes. Under Dorota’s leadership Colliers was part of all major living and equity transactions in Poland and CEE. Before joining Colliers International, Dorota Wysokinska-Kuzdra spent 11 years as Senior Partner at Griffin Real Estate, where she was responsible for the Group’s management and investments, and for the first mezzanine fund operating in Poland. Recently, she has been involved in the creation of a logistics platform co-managed by Griffin. Earlier, as CEO at Griffin Premium RE, the first REIT fund, she successfully launched the fund on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. She was a member of the team responsible for acquiring shares in Echo Investment SA, one of the biggest transactions on the Polish real estate market, in which she was responsible for due diligence and financing the acquisition. Before joining Griffin, for over 10 years, she held director positions in the HypoVereinsbank / UniCredit Group, and in their subsidiaries, monitoring real estate investment banking and managing real estate. Dorota Wysokinska-Kuzdra has graduated from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, the University of Cologne and the University of Duisburg-Essen. Dorota was chairperson in the Polish branch of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) between 2018-2021 – the international non-profit organisation that supports responsible planning and developing of cities, which functions as a platform of knowledge exchange between experts and participants in the real estate market, both in Poland and abroad. In 2020, in addition to the Polish role, she has been elected to join the Executive Committee of ULI Europe and is now creating ULI CEE HUB. She is a Global Governing Trustee for ULI Global.

    Brad Dockser

    Chief Executive Officer, GreenGen

    Bradford H. Dockser is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Green Generation. Founded in 2011, GreenGen transforms and decarbonizes the built environment through its visionary end-to-end approach to innovation and solutions that integrate energy, real estate, technology, and capital markets to Operate in the Green. Brad received an A.B. cum laude in Economics and an MBA, both from Harvard University. Brad serves as a Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) and is a member of the Global Advisory Board for ULI's Randall Lewis Center for Sustainability in Real Estate. He is also on the ULI Global Exchange Product Council. He previously served as the Chair of ULI’s Redevelopment and Reuse Product Council, and previously founded the ULI Washington’s Sustainability Initiative. He is a member of The Economic Club of Washington DC, US Green Building Council, and International Society of Sustainability Professionals (ISSP). Brad is a mentor for MetaProp (NY), and a CREtech Leadership Board member. He was also Founding Director of the Greater Washington Exploratory Committee, DC’s bid committee for the 2012 Summer Olympic Games.

    Emil Holmström

    Chief Investment Officer, EASTNINE AB

    Emil Holmström is the Chief Investment Officer of Eastnine, a growing real estate company headquartered in Stockholm, listed on NASDAQ Stockholm and focused on building a leading prime office landlord in Poland and the Baltics. Over the past ten years, he has been instrumental in the company’s strategy development and led its property acquisitions, most recently in Poland where the company in November 2024 acquired the Warsaw Unit skyscraper from Ghelamco for EUR 280 million. Prior to Eastnine, Emil Holmström worked with private equity investments at East Capital, a Stockholm-based emerging market asset manager. Emil Holmström is a graduate from the Stockholm School of Economics.

    Sebastian Kieć

    AFI Europe Poland

    Sebastian Kieć joined AFI EUROPE Poland in 2007 as CFO then was promoted to COO and in 2010 was nominated as CEO and Poland Country Manager. His main responsibilities are focused on two strategic real estate segments: office properties and residential properties, including newly developed segment of yielding residential properties. Sebastian has over 15 years experience in real estate market. Before joining AFI EUROPE Poland served as CFO in real estate company BSR EUROPE Poland, prior to this in PricewaterhouseCoopers in audit and advisory department and in Coca-Cola in controlling department. Sebastian Kieć is graduated from Cracow University of Economics and is a CPA (ACCA -the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

    Grzegorz Sielewicz is the Head of Economic & Market Insights at Colliers, covering the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. With over 20 years of professional experience, Grzegorz specializes in economic research and commercial real estate market analysis across CEE countries, focusing on macroeconomics, sectoral analyses, and market trends. Grzegorz is the author of numerous publications, reports, and articles addressing economic issues and sectoral risk assessments in the CEE region. He is a sought-after speaker at global conferences, business events, and webinars, providing expert commentary on economic and market trends. His insights have been featured in TV, radio, press, and online media outlets. Before joining Colliers, Grzegorz served for 11 years as the Head of CEE Economic Research at Coface, a global leader in trade credit risk management. Prior to that, he was the Chief Specialist in the International Capital Markets Division of the Public Debt Department at the Polish Ministry of Finance. His career also includes roles at Deutsche Bank and UniCredit’s Brokerage House.

    Marcin Juszczyk

    Chairman of Urban Land Institute in Poland since October 2023. Managing Partner and Vice President of the Board of Capital Park Group with over 20 years of professional experience in the real estate sector and with over 10 years experience in running of the company listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE:CPG). Played strategic roles in Capital Park since its formation in 2003, starting as CFO and then as Head of Investment Department since 2006. Within Management Board responsible for areas of strategic business development, M&A, joint ventures and finance areas. Took part in over 100 transactions involving properties all across Poland, secured over €700m in bank financing and raised over €100m in bonds and shares issues on Polish capital market. Local partner to leading Private Equity Real Estate fund managers such as Patron Capital Partners and Madison International Realty on Polish market. Developer of Norblin Factory in Warsaw - the winner of ULI European and Global Awards for Excellence in 2022. Before joining Capital Park - CFO in Communication One Group / Call Center Poland SA – a leading Polish call/contact center outsourcing group. Until 2001 worked as management and information systems consultant and project leader. Member of the REIT Poland Association, the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) and the Foundation for Education and Research on REITs. Interested in large scale sustainable urban development projects, mixed-use, premium residential, conversions, brownfield regeneration and revitalization projects.

I'm highly experienced in transactions, asset management, advisory, and strategic management within private equity, corporate real estate and financial services. My key achievements include landmark real estate disposals and acquisitions as well as strategic advisory to global investment funds and developers. In financial services I have managed large-scale change programs in with realization of substantial cost reductions, set-up of finance/asset management functions.     The founder of Hynfra and Hynfra Energy Storage. A entrepreneur and strategic advisor, promoter of hydrogen technologies and large-scale renewable energy solutions. He is committed to accelerating market and technological progress towards climate neutrality. Chairman of the Hydrogen Technologies Committee of the Polish Chamber of Commerce, CEO of the Hydrogen Poland Association, member of Hydrogen Europe and European Clean Hydrogen Alliance. He is a member of the board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce for Energy and Environmental Protection (IGEOŚ) and also a member of the Honorary Council of the Hydrogen and Renewable Energy Technologies Center at Wrocław University of Technology. Lecturer at the Rzeszów University of Technology on the subject "Hydrogen technologies".

    Tomasz Mrowczyk

    Co-Managing Partner, Griffin Capital Partners Sp. z o.o

    Tomasz Mrowczyk is a seasoned financial markets expert with over 15 years of professional experience. At Griffin Capital Partners, he is responsible for overseeing all of the company’s non-real estate private equity activities, including energy and infrastructure sector investments. Prior to joining Griffin, Tomasz spent 11 years at PZU Group, where he headed the private equity, venture capital and private credit businesses. He was a member of the Group Investment Committee and chaired the Private Markets Investment Committee. At PZU Group Tomasz originated, structured and executed over 100 transactions with an aggregate value exceeding EUR 5bn across different capital structures. Tomasz began his career at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in Warsaw, where he was part of the M&A and Valuation team. He holds a degree from the University of Economics in Katowice. Tomasz earned CFA and CAIA charters and is also a graduate of the Executive MBA program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the University of Warsaw.

    Piotr Beaupré

    CEO, Neo Energy Group

    Since 2004, he has been involved in the development of investments in green energy. Currently, as the CEO of Neo Energy Group, he focuses on developing renewable energy projects, building a strong portfolio of photovoltaic and wind farms, and investing in biogas plants as well as energy storage projects across Poland. The activities of the NEG Group, under his leadership, contribute to the country’s responsible energy transition and the reduction of methane and CO2 emissions. He is a manager with over 30 years of experience. His professional journey began in Western Europe in the mid-1980s, where he quickly discovered his calling for entrepreneurship. Upon returning to Poland in 1989, he co-founded the country’s first advertising agency, "Galicja," and later played a key role in establishing Central Europe’s largest call center operator, Call Center Poland. As the founder of EBS SA, together with his partners, he introduced the international dry-cleaning chain 5àsec to the Polish market, along with popular fast-food brands such as Thai Wok. In 2000, he co-founded Cursor S.A., which was later transformed into OEX S.A., revolutionizing the Polish BPO market, securing a leading position, and entering the stock exchange. In 2002, together with the same partners, he established Real Management S.A., a company operating in the commercial, warehouse, and residential real estate sectors. It became the development arm of Neo Investments Holding, where he is one of the managing partners. Privately, he is an art and classic car collector and is passionate about restoring and rebuilding unique historical vehicles. Since the age of 18, his passion has been off-road car rallies. He has participated in over 100 rally events worldwide, particularly in Europe, Africa, America, and Asia. He has competed in the world’s toughest race—the Dakar Rally—four times, successfully finishing three times. He was also a five-time participant in the world’s longest rally, the Silk Way from Moscow to Beijing, completing it four times.

    Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz

    Partner, Co-Head of Asset Services CEE, Cushman & Wakefield Polska Sp. z o.o.

    Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz is a Partner and Co-Head of Asset Services CEE at Cushman & Wakefield. She is responsible for asset services operations in Poland and supports clients across the Central and Eastern European region. With extensive experience in property management across office, retail, logistics, and hospitality sectors, she oversees business operations with a team of 250 employees. Her role includes strategic client relationship management, quality control, process optimization, and business development, including new investments, tenders, and negotiations. Zuzanna joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2006 as a Property Manager and was promoted to Associate Director in Property Management Business Space in 2010. She has worked with key industry clients such as Logicor, Deka, CA IMMO, DWS, CBRE IM, HIH Real Estate, and Skanska. She is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an accredited RICS International Mediator. She also holds a PhD in Economics.

    Marta Sekulska-Wronska

    CEO, WXCA Sp. z o.o.

    Architect, President of the Warsaw Branch of the Association of Polish Architects (SARP) (2019-2023), Member of the SARP Competition Judges College, and the Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Poland. She has played a key leadership role in numerous award-winning projects in prestigious competitions, including the Polish Pavilion at Expo 2020 in Dubai and one of the largest museum complexes in Europe at the Warsaw Citadel, housing the Museum of Polish History and the Polish Army Museum. Together with the team, she has been twice nominated for the Mies van der Rohe Award, for the Geological Education Center in Chęciny and the Palmiry Memorial Museum. She specializes in the design and development of complex public and commercial projects in architecture, urban planning, and landscape architecture. In her practice, she combines a deep understanding of natural and social contexts, leading her team in creating projects that serve as integrative platforms for dialogue. She is involved in creating a vision for a new district on the revitalized site of the former Passenger Car Factory (F.S.O. Park), spanning over 60 hectares, as well as the project to reconstruct the western façade of Piłsudski Square, including the Saxon Palace and Brühl Palace. She is also a frequent speaker at architectural events, and business conferences. She holds a degree from the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology.
