    Simon Chinn

    Vice President Research & Advisory Services, Urban Land Institute - Europe

    Simon is Vice President, Research & Advisory Services at the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he is responsible for managing its innovative research agenda covering the key issues shaping the future of the real estate industry including climate change and sustainability, investment and development trends and shifts in demography and technological change. Prior to joining ULI, Simon specialised in research on global cities and real estate for Grosvenor, one of the world’s largest privately-owned international property businesses. Simon’s role involved undertaking analysis on global city developments to inform the company’s long-term strategy and thinking on cities. He has undertaken major research projects on megatrends for real estate, examining topics such as urbanisation, demographic change, digital disruption and climate change. Simon also has previous experience working in urban planning, economic development and strategic consulting for the retail sector. He holds an MSc in Urban Economic Development from The Bartlett Development Planning Unit, University College London.

    Anna Chalkiadaki

    CFO, Dimand SA

    Anna Chalkiadaki is the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Member of the Board of Directors at DIMAND S.A., overseeing the Group’s financial strategy, capital planning, and investment activities. With over 20 years’ experience in real estate, Anna joined DIMAND in 2022 after serving as Deputy CFO at Prodea Investments (formerly NBG Pangaea REIC). Earlier, she was a member of the founding team of NBG Pangaea REIC and played a key role in the ATHEX listing of Grivalia Properties REIC. She also brings prior audit experience from Deloitte Greece. Anna holds a BSc in Business Economics (Anglia Ruskin University), an MSc in Finance (University of Manchester), and an MSc in Statistics with a specialization in Real Estate (Athens University of Economics and Business).

    Konstantinos Papadopoulos

    Founder and Director, Resi Company

    Konstantinos (Kostis) Papadopoulos, is the founder and manager of residential investment companies Resi Company, Resi Ventures and Resi Ventures II and currently resides in Athens, Greece. Kostis was previously in the Global Research & Public Markets team of the Real Estate Department of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) in Abu Dhabi, UAE and was instrumental in the creation, development, and management of the department’s listed real estate strategy and investments, while also played a central role in the strategy and portfolio analysis capabilities for the department. Prior to moving to Abu Dhabi, Kostis lived in London, where he worked in the Property Research Team of M&G Real Estate, the UK Prudential’s real estate fund manager and the Forecasting & Strategy Team of DTZ, a real estate consultancy. Kostis holds a position in ULI Greece & Cyprus Executive Committee, while also Co-Chairing ULI’s national Living Council. He holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School in London.

    Michalis Mavrokaleas

    Head of Real Estate Finance Sector, Structured Financing Division, National Bank of Greece

    Michalis joined NBG in 2018. He brings 30 years of experience in the Banking Sector, with focus on Global Markets, Wholesale Banking and restructuring. Currently heading the Real Estate Finance Sector of Structured Financing Division. Prior to NBG, Michalis worked for 23 years at Alpha Bank, with focus on Project Financing and Real Estate Structure Finance. Michalis holds an MSc in Finance and Banking from Athens University of Economics and Business and a BSc in Economics from University of Piraeus.
