In October, ULI Europe is hosting several special events during the annual EXPO REAL property trade fair in Munich. The  programme includes a Mayor’s Forum event, an EU/UK Investors panel on Global Capital, a joint reception held by ULI Germany and ULI Europe Young Leaders, and a presentation on AI hosted by ULI NEXT.

7 October:

13:00 – 14:30 European Cityleaders @Expo Real 2025 : a major gathering of Europe’s most innovative and transformational city leaders for a unique Mayor’s Forum to discuss how to drive long-term urban resilience in an increasingly polarised world. Hosted by ULI Europe.

16:00 – 17:00 UK/EU INVESTORS PANEL: Global Capital – Local Impact: Attracting institutional capital into core UK and European real assets. Held in partnership between UKCAP, Holland Metropole, ULI Europe and INREV, and moderated by ULI Europe CEO Lisette van Doorn. Located on the Exhibitor Forum in Hall A2.

16:30 – 18:30 ULI Germany and ULI Europe Young Leaders welcome reception: a joint event hosted by ULI Germany Chair, Christian Schmidt, and ULI Europe Young Leader Chair, Ariana Maass, held on the Helaba stand. Register.

17:00 – 18:30 UK/EU INVESTORS Drinks Reception in association with Holland Metropole, ULI Europe and INREV. Hosted on the UK Investment Pavilion. 

8 October:

09:00 – 11:00 ULI Europe NEXT presentation on artificial intelligence in real estate investment and leadership. Venue: Room B11, Hall B1.  Expo Real delegate ticket is required for entry. Register.

(During Expo Real, a ULI Education Real Estate Council meeting will also be held).
