Grainhouse is a former Victorian seed warehouse in Covent Garden. Purchased by Hines’ European Value Fund in 2020, it was transformed into a prime office and retail scheme after a three-year restoration and refurbishment project.

The new building was re-imagined in line with its rich industrial heritage, interlinking five buildings originally developed in the mid-19th century and retaining original features to create a European HQ for Hines.
