L’Atelier is the redevelopment of a former telephone exchange, connecting two buildings to create a European HQ for Covivio that integrates design input from users. The project showcases the new ways of working, blending modern amenities and designs with the city’s historical heritage and legacy.

The complex is a blend of office, hotel and residential codes. It is a thriving ecosystem open to the city that welcomes residents, employees and outside customers alike.
