2024 ULI European Leadership Awards – Winners Announced!
Three built environment leaders who exemplify the spirit and mission of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) have been recognised for their exceptional contributions to the industry in Europe and to civic, social endeavours, in the sixth annual ULI European Leadership Awards.
About the ULI European Leadership Awards
Nominations for the 2024 ULI European Leadership Awards are now closed. The awards were presented at a gala dinner and ceremony in Milan on 11 June 2024, as part of the ULI Europe Annual Conference.
The ULI European Leadership Awards recognise leaders in the European real estate community whose contributions to real estate – and to civic, social endeavours – exemplify the spirit and mission of ULI.
The 2024 ULI European Leadership Awards will honour three individuals:
ULI European Leader Award
A senior leader whose achievements throughout their lifetime exemplify personal and professional contributions to the real estate industry and to the community.
Criteria
- Vision, leadership
- Capability of driving innovation in real estate
- Track record for sustainable business models/projects
- Contribution to the reputation of the industry
- Commitment to the community
- Role model for younger generations
ULI European Talent Award
A young talent (maximum 35 years old) standing out for their professional, personal and civic commitments to the real estate industry and to the community.
Criteria
- Vision, leadership
- Capability of driving innovation in real estate
- Track record for sustainable business models/projects
- Contribution to the reputation of the industry
- Commitment to the community
- Role model for younger generations
ULI European Trish Barrigan Award for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)
An individual standing out for their leadership and contribution in advancing and promoting DEI in the real estate industry and the broader community.
Criteria
- Inclusive leadership style
- Capability of driving change and pushing boundaries
- Track record of commitment to building an inclusive culture within their company, the industry, and the community
- Track record of promoting initiatives to advance DEI in their company, the real estate industry and the community
- Contribution to the reputation of the industry and to its wider opening to new and diverse individuals
- Role model for younger generations and peers
Nominations
Nominees should be industry professionals based and operating in Europe and can be ULI members as well as non-members.
The evaluation of the nominations and selection of the winners will be the responsibility of a Jury, consisting of a selection of ULI Europe Executive Committee members, Governing Trustees, Trustees, ULI NEXT and Young Leaders, as well as a few senior industry leaders.
