2025 ULI European Leadership Awards – Winners Announced!

Three built environment leaders who exemplify the spirit and mission of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) have been recognised for their exceptional contributions to the industry in Europe and to civic, social endeavours, in the annual ULI European Leadership Awards.

ULI European Talent Award 

ULI European Trish Barrigan Award for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)

ULI European Leader Award 

The 2025 winners are:

  • Simon Abboud, Program Director, European Management Services, Hines, who won the ULI European Talent Award.
  • Ciaran Bird, Divisional President, Advisory Services, CEO UK & Ireland, CBRE, who was awarded the ULI European Trish Barrigan Award for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
  • Isabelle Scemama, Global Head, AXA IM Alts, who has been awarded the ULI European Leader Award.

The awards were announced during the flagship 2025 ULI Europe Conference in London.
