We are delighted to announce the launch of the ULI Hines Student Competition – Europe, an exciting new opportunity for graduate students to work in teams to engage in a challenging exercise in responsible land use.
The competition sees teams of four from competing universities working on a case study that tests their understanding of real estate finance and investment as well as urban issues to present a solution for a timely land use challenge. The final culminates in each team presenting their solution to a jury of senior industry professionals.
The winning team receives one-year ULI annual membership and fast track to the Hines internship programme.
The ULI Hines Student Competition – Europe is part of the Institute’s ongoing effort to raise interest among young professionals, including MBA students, in creating better communities, improving development patterns, and increasing awareness of the need for multidisciplinary solutions to development and design challenges.
