Ben Lonsdale is an investment director, based in the UK, dedicated to the PATRIZIA Sustainable Communities fund, an impact investment strategy which seeks to build affordable homes across Europe whist also delivering additional positive social and environmental impact.  

Marvie is a professional in the real estate and investment sector, currently serving as the Head of Impact Investing at Catella Investment Management. With over a decade of experience, including roles as a Senior Advisor in Transactions at Catella Residential and Bouwfonds REIM, Marvie is well-versed in integrating ESG strategies into real estate portfolios. Marvie holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus. 

Nicolas is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Revive, a purpose-driven company that transforms underused sites into resilient, carbon-free neighborhoods. With a €2B+ pipeline across Belgium, Poland, and Portugal, Revive holds B-Corp status, a ‘Gold’ GIIRS rating, and manages SFDR Article 9 funds. Nicolas is also a tech investor, ULI Global Governing Trustee, and serves on the ULI Belgium Executive Committee.

Hilke is Senior Portfolio Manager at CBRE Europe Residential Partners, overseeing the Fund’s portfolio and impact strategy, residential acquisitions, and the broader pan-European residential approach. Since starting her career at ING Real Estate in 2005, she has held senior roles in both residential and retail asset management. She holds an MSc in Real Estate Management and Development and an IPF Diploma and is co-chair of the ULI Europe Affordable Living Council.

Vicki is co-Director of tp bennett’s Sustainability team and a Passivhaus Certified Designer, with experience across a broad range of architecture and interiors projects. She focuses on embedding measurable sustainability targets, promoting low-carbon and equitable design, and supporting industry-wide upskilling. Alongside client advisory and design collaboration, she also champions initiatives outside of her day job that support more diverse pathways into the built environment.

Bob Jordan has over 20 years of experience in housing policy and programme implementation, leading national initiatives to increase housing supply, improve affordability, and tackle homelessness in Ireland. As former CEO of the Irish government’s national Housing Agency, Special Adviser to the Minister for Housing, and National Director of Housing First, he has worked closely with public and private stakeholders, including local authorities, housing associations, and the construction industry, to promote collaboration and build sustainable communities. Bob is also an adjunct senior research fellow at University College Dublin’s Geary Institute for Public Policy, with a focus on policy design and implementation. 

Gary is an RIBA chartered architect with over 25 years of experience in urban design and large-scale residential development. As Global Design Managing Director at Greystar, he leads the design group and design vision, strategy and innovation across 17 countries, working with local teams to create integrated, resident-focussed communities. Prior to joining Greystar, he advised on major masterplans and residential developments across London, with a focus on aligning design excellence with resident experience and investment performance.

Henrik is Chief Development Officer at Quarterback Immobilien AG, with extensive experience in real estate development and urban planning. He has led major projects such as Berlin’s Main Railway Station, the Europacity development, the Nordic Embassies and Total Germany’s headquarters. Previously, he was Managing Director at Groth Development GmbH & Co. KG and a board member at Deutsche Wohnen SE, where he oversaw development, energy and technical infrastructure and digitalisation. Henrik also serves on ULI Germany’s executive board and is a board member of VBKI.

Janet is the Senior Technical Sustainability Manager at Homes England, where she leads on the implementation of key environmental initiatives, including the Agency’s Net Zero Routemap, Whole Life Carbon Assessment, Climate Change Adaptation & Risk Assessment, and Water Efficiency. Her work supports the delivery of sustainable homes and places, aligning with the growing importance of sustainability in the Agency’s Corporate Strategic Plan. With a background spanning housing, regeneration, UK rail, and the not-for-profit sector, Janet brings a broad perspective to her role. She previously led a public-private partnership focused on regenerating Manchester’s Piccadilly area and has held environmental and project management roles at Network Rail. Janet holds an MSc in Sustainability and Environmental Management and remains driven by her long-standing passion for sustainable housing.

Olaf is responsible for the strategic initiative of accelerated tech driven climate-investments at Vonovia SE and Chief Financial Officer at Deutsche Wohnen SE. Before that, he spent almost 30 years in various management roles in the finance area, most recently as Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury at Vonovia from 2017 to 2024.

Raquel is the Head of ESG and a Management Committee member at Metrovacesa, a Spanish listed real estate developer, where she leads the company’s ESG strategy, embedding environment, social and governance principles into the company’s business model. With over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, Raquel worked at BBVA in investment banking before joining Metrovacesa in 2008. She also serves as Co-Chair of the Sustainability Product Council at ULI Spain and holds a Market Research and Techniques degree from the University of Córdoba and completed the Chief Sustainability Officer Executive Program at MIT Professional Education.

Experience of about 20 years in residential developments, mainly for sale (BTS) in the main Italian cities (Milan, Turin, Florence, Como), managed, with the role of general manager in Nexity (8 years), Bluestone (3 years), Abitare In (4 years). For over a year he has been managing in COIMA the CECIF fund as director with a focus on urban regeneration and ESG sustainability and predominantly residential functions.

Eric Allodi is co-founder and CEO of Upcyclea, a company specialized in software and services dedicated to Circular Economy. A Cradle to Cradle expert since 2007, with a degree from MIT in Artificial Intelligence, he created the Cybersecurity department of IBM Global Services, and headed the Risk Management division of Bouygues Telecom. In 2016, he designed Upcyclea, an intelligent and collaborative software for decarbonization and circular management of real estate assets, which allows to maximize reuse, to eco-design healthy and circular buildings, and to meet the challenges of the European Taxonomy and the CSRD Directive.

Since August 15, 2023, Caroline Oelmann has been Managing Director of Commercial Operations at Berlinovo Immobilien Gesellschaft mbH. The real estate specialist is a proven real estate expert with many years of professional experience. Born in Berlin, she joins berlinovo from Heimstaden Deutschland GmbH. At Heimstaden, she was Country Manager and Managing Director of Heimstaden Germany. Since 2020, she supported the company in its operational development and was successfully responsible for the German office. Prior to that, she headed Property Management East at ZBI Immobilien AG. 

Drawing on ten years of experience across private, public, and non-profit sectors, Laura combines strategic policy expertise with analytical and commercial skills, specialising in local economic development, housing, and community-led approaches. Laura is currently Head of Strategy and Development at the European Community Land Trust Network, where she works to make community ownership of land and housing commonplace. Previously, she led the Local Growth Funding team at the UK Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government and led the policy team advising on COVID-19 social distancing regulations during her time in government. Before joining the public sector, Laura worked as an economic analyst at Ernst & Young, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
