Across Europe, ULI has the ambition to foster collaborative effort that is needed to address the industry’s most pressing issues: decarbonisation, housing affordability, and education. The Trust has selected to support the educational programme, UrbanPlan, as a key focus area that is designed to help young people understand the role real estate play in reviving and regenerating urban areas. This choice enables the Trust to develop philanthropic partnerships and offer ULI members and non-members opportunities to provide financial support.
