ULI undertook an Advisory Services Panel in the Belgian community of Maasmechelen in June 2011 to establish what the town could do to better leverage its tourism assets to secure investment. The panel also advised on how Maasmechelen could continue to be competitive by enhancing its tourism offering by providing a complete visitor experience.
The panel brought together real estate, city and tourism experts from the UK, Spain and Belgium.
