ULI Germany Award for Excellence: Projects in Munich, Düsseldorf and Hamburg Nominated as Finalists

Three nominees are vying for the 2017 ULI Germany Award for Excellence, a renowned and widely acknowledged award for best practices in land use. Led by chairman Prof. Juergen Bruns-Berentelg (HafenCity), this year’s award jury focused on exceptional conversion projects that changed the urban context of otherwise obsolete places in their neighbourhoods. The finalists, who have demonstrated top-notch best practices in conversion are:
- Domagkpark Munich; Application and developed by the City of Munich
- Living Circle Düsseldorf; Application by Catella Real Estate | Developed by Bauwert AG
- bahn_hoefe Ottensen Hamburg; Application by: LH Architekten | Developed by: DWI Grundbesitz GmbH
The Award will be announced at the 2017 Urban Leader Summit on 26 and 27 April in Frankfurt.
