On 1 November 2018 ULI Greece & Cyprus took part at the 19th event of Prodexpo, which took place at Athens Concert Hall. We have joined the session “NPL: The Continuing Struggle” with the following speakers:

• Tassos Kotzanastassis (Chair of ULI Greece & Cyprus and Managing Director at 8GCP); and,
• Ioannis Orfanos (Head of ULI Greece & Cyprus Sustainability Council and Partner at Asset Management, Arbitrage RE).

The session also joined Evgenia Tzortzi (Journalist at Kathimerini newspaper), George Georgakopoulos (Executive General Manager at Piraeus Legacy Unit, Piraeus Bank), Tassos Panoussis (General Manager Retail Remedial at Eurobank), and George Frangou (Ass. General Manager of Group Real Estate, National Bank of Greece).
