ULI Greece & Cyprus recently participated the 12th RE+D Business Forum and co-organised a panel entitled “Built to Withstand – Time to deliver”.
The panel comprised Adamantia Phoka, CBRE / Board Member of ULI Greece & Cyprus; Fotis Kokotos, CEO Elounda Development; Vlaho Kojakovic, Associate Director EBRD Property & Tourism; Angela Michalopoulou, Head of Investment, EnterpriseGreece; Elias Ziogas, President BoD NAI Hellas; and as modarator Dimitris Konstantopoulos, Head of Hotels and Leisure Sector, Eurobank.
In the panel’s discussion of non-performing loans (NPLs), Phoka pointed out that small hotel units present a problem. She also reported that the €1 billion from the NPLs is coming from the five larger units of the hotel sector.
The panel also discussed investors’ interests associated with the Golden Visa.
