On 24 October 2018, an educational site tour and presentation took place at “AGEMAR building”, as part of the educational series of events “Buildings We Admire”.

The new headquarters of Angelicoussis Group includes administration and office spaces, educational centre, shipping departments and a private basement parking area. It also includes complementary spaces such as a museum, library, coffee-restaurant, gym and amphitheater. The event started with the presentation of the project from the architect Rena Sakellaridou (RS Sparch) and a panel discussion, followed with the participation of Olga Itsiou (Technical Director at Dimand SA), Christos Fotiadis (Senior Civil Engineer at Dimand SA) and Andreas Terezakis (Anangel Maritime). The moderator of the discussion was Ioannis Orfanos (Head of ULI Greece & Cyprus Sustainability Council and Partner at Arbitrage Real Estate).
