On 29 October an educational site tour and presentation took place at the Alex Monte Kastella hotel.

The owners
talked about the creation of Alex, their inspiration and how the architects and
interior designers managed to translate their vision.

Discussions included:

• The challenges of reconstructing a building with structural surprises with limited original plans.
• The translation of the owner’s concept into an architectural design.
• The task of the internal decoration to grasp the branding.
• The application of hospitality features & outlets into a limited space, especially in common areas.

Attendees
