ULI Greece organised an educational tour at the Ioannis M. Karras Model Kindergarten of the Athens College in Greece on 16th June, 2015.

The kindergarten was awarded with the internationally acclaimed Platinum LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design). Moreover, it is the first kindergarten building in the world (outside the United States) to have received the highest recognition of excellence granted by the U.S. Green Building Council.

After a presentation led by Mr. Alexandros Samaras, President of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic-American Educational Foundation & President of Alexandros C. Samaras & Associates, a tour of the premises followed and the event closed with a reception and discussions.
