The ULI Greece Young Leaders Group recently visited the construction site of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre (SNFCC). The prestigious project includes the construction and complete outfitting of new facilities for the National Library of Greece (NLG) and the Greek National Opera (GNO), as well as the creation of the 170,000 m² Stavros Niarchos Park.

The visit took place on May 12, and approximately 30 professionals from the Greek real estate sector attended with great interest. A guided tour was given by SNFCC associates, who provided detailed information on the development of one of the most important and complex construction projects ever undertaken in Greece.
