ULI Russia hosted its 5^th Annual Winter Cocktails on December 4^th. The event was held The Box at White Gardens Office Center near Belorusskaya. The holiday event provided an intimate atmosphere for over 100 of Moscow’s top real estate leaders to network. Attendees represented the management of over 60 real estate investment, development, and advisory firms.

Holiday musicians greeted the guests, who enjoyed an evening of networking and catching up with colleagues and friends. ULI Russia Chairman, Darrell Stanaford, welcomed those in attendance, summarized the current status of the market, and thanked those who made the event possible. Following the welcome speech, former Deputy Mayor for Moscow and Dean of Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, Andrei Sharonov, addressed those in attendance.
