On 30 October, ULI Spain and ULI Portugal will host an Iberian Capital Markets Forum as part of the Barcelona Meeting Point.  The event will feature presentations by experts in the Spanish and Portuguese land use sectors, including a keynote address by Miguel de Castro Neto, Portuguese Secretary of State for Spatial Planning and Nature Conservation.  Topics will include investing in hotels, second homes, and investment opportunities in Portugal and Spain.
