On 28^th February, ULI UK Chairman, Andy Martin, hosted ULI Trustee, Nicholas Brooke, Chairman of Professional Property Services Ltd and a small group of ULI UK members for a lunch at Strutt & Parker to discuss trends in the Asian property market.

The conversation covered a range of real estate topics from housing and urbanisation through to investment and green development in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Further areas of discussion included direct experiences of economics, rule of law, tax clarity, and infrastructure investment which all impact the UK property market. The members which attended the event found it to be an excellent opportunity to gain a personal insight from an experienced and well-respected property expert.
