In 2024, Young Leaders had the opporunity to join two dedicated events during the ULI Europe Conference.

1. Tuesday, 11 June: Young Leaders joined with the NEXT group for a mornign of discussion on the local market before heading out on walking tours to explore the city.
2. Thursday, 13 June: Over 100 Young Leaders came together for their exclusive forum, themed “Leaving No Stone Unturned: Finding opportunities in challenging real estate cycles and honing leadership skills”. The Forum centred around the challenges and opportunities for Young Leaders and how to integrate lessons learnt from the last downturn to give younger generations a boost going forwards. Featured speakers included, Piero Pelizzaro, Director of the National Innovation Hub for Public Buildings, Amal del Monaco, CEO Asset Management & Development European Real Estate, PATRIZIA SA, Rodolfo Petrosino, Head of Real Estate Southern Europe, Ardian and Emmanuel Verhoosel, CEO, Square Sense. Giuseppe Amitrano, Founder and CEO of Dils, Barbara Cominelli, CEO, JLL Italy, Mary Edmunds, Senior Managing Director, HR-Europe & Middle East and Machteld Kors, Director Strategic Development, UNStudio also lead a discussion on what it takes to be a modern leader and how to enact leadership changes.
