The Urban Land Institute is a global non-profit education and research institute supported by its members. Its mission is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. Established in 1936, the Institute has over 40,000 members around the world representing all aspects of land use and development disciplines.
ULI has been active in Europe since the early 1990s and today we have over 3,000 members. ULI Europe has a particularly strong presence in the major European real estate markets of the UK, Germany, France, and the Netherlands but is also active in emerging markets such as Turkey and Poland.
About ULI France
One of our top priorities is to enhance the reputation of ULI in France and to become the organisation of choice for land use and real estate professionals.
In order to achieve this, we plan to not only grow and retain membership, but also enhance member value. We are in the process of further developing ULI France’s Product Councils, forums for industry experts to exchange ideas and foster thought leadership in specific market sectors. Product Councils are one of the most valuable aspects of ULI membership; they foster a candid exchange of best practices, giving participants an opportunity to learn from one another and expand their knowledge in their respective sectors.
We also plan to address France’s most pressing issues in real estate and land development, particularly housing. Our hope is that ULI will become one of the foremost thought leaders contributing solutions to France’s housing problem.
We could not achieve these goals without members who play an active role in shaping our programmes and initiatives. If you are interested in becoming more involved with ULI France, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
ULI France Councils play a key role in ULI’s mission of providing leadership in the responsible use of land and creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. Through the exchange of information and the sharing of best practices, they offer industry leaders a unique opportunity to further ULI’s mission focused around specific industry specialisms. Council meetings take place in a confidential and friendly environment, allowing members to share ideas, opinions and information that they might not be able to discuss elsewhere.
ULI France offers the following Product Councils:
- Urban Regeneration
- Capital Market
- Logistic and Retail
- Olympic Games
